Can I do b.voc in Fashion designing and b.com (private) together?

Doing two degrees at a time isn't justified as per the rules. Now BVOC in Fashion Designing is a good course of study and is obviously a degree course. Thus its immaterial for you to do BCOM along with it as if you are interested in Fashion Designing then just do it. Doing both the degree isn't as per the rules although there are some cases happening like this as they are not doing it.
So you can't do two regular degree courses but yeah! you can do one in regular and another in some other mode.

Yes, you can do bothb.voc in Fashion designing and b.com together
This is because,
UGC has given its approval that one can go for pursuing two courses at the same time, the only condition is that one cannot pursue both these courses in regular mode i.e for both the courses to be legal, one course can be in regular mode and other course in distance mode from Open University
One can choose two different colleges for pursuing the two different degrees, that is one in regular mode and the other in open/ distance mode or one can pursue the two courses from the same institution or college provided it offers both regular and distance education.
So , you can do b.voc in Fashion designing in regular mode and your Bcom in a distance mode , you can pursue bcom either from the college from which you pursue your bvoc if it offers distance education in bcom or you can pursue it from recognised Open Universities like IGNOU .
