Yes you can,as both the courses related to accounting taxation and have very much similarity in subjects.c.a course allow you do to graduation along with c.a course but you cannot do your articleship in between your b.com course.i am giving you some points about both the courses to understand the nature of the course.
B.com
It is 3 year undergraduate program.for admission you have to complete 10+2 with atleast 45 percent marks.it comprises of 6 semester with different subjects each semester.its difficulty level is low in comparison to c.a.
C.A
it is a professional course conducted by icai.there are 3 levels included in it

Yes, definitely. You can pursue CA along with studying B. Com (Hons). As it is obvious, both these courses demand ample amount of time and energy. CA is one of the most competitive fields and a Honours degree too requires much work.
