Yes, you can surely do CA alongwith B.com and JBT but i might not recommend it as it might be difficult for you to cope up. Though CA alongwith B.com is a good combination and many people pursue both of them altogether as a major portion of your B.com course will be covered by your CA course studies. If you want it to be a bit easy you can also do CA with B.com in correspondence but do note that though it'll be easier it has less value than B.com.
