Yeah! You can do CFP after BMS. As you are from Finance you will get benefit in the course work of CFP. Also there are no official requirements of experience for pursuing CFP.

The eligiblity criteria to do CFP is that Aspiring candidates must secure a minimum aggregate in Matriculation or SSC or 10th standard. Candidates who have secured a minimum aggregate in Class 12 and those currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree of any discipline are eligible to register for CFP Certification through the Regular Pathway.For challenging Pathway candidates should have completed CA or Intermediate level, CFA, ICWA, CS, CAIIB, LLB, Ph.D., MPhil, PG, Actuary, FFSI and FLMI from LOMA, Associate or Fellowship of Life Insurance, Civil Service Examinations by UPSC.
