In case, you are asking about Bsc computer science then you are not eligible being an arts student. Similarly, if you are asking about btech computer science then you are not eligible.
This is because, To be eligible for bsc computer science or btech computer science, it's mandatory to have Subjects like Maths, physics & chemistry

But in case,
If you are asking about computer courses like BCA i. e Bachelor's in computer application.
Then yes, you are definitely eligible even if you are an arts student.

You need to pass 10+2 in order to be eligible for Bca.
And in general at least 50 % marks in 12th is required.

In some of the colleges , it's mandatory to have maths in 10+2 in order to be eligible for BCA
For example,

While in most of the colleges,
It is not mandatory to have Maths in 10+2 in order to be eligible for BCA, in these colleges students who have passed 10 + 2 in any stream are eligible for BCA.

You are not eligible for B.Sc or btech degree in computer science but beside that you can study various courses related to computers. You can pursue various courses in computer after finishing your class 12th with the arts stream which includes BCA, multimedia and some other Diploma and certificate courses which are related to computers.
