If you want to to go for Computer Science Engineering then you should have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics in 10+2. IIT JEE is the National level Exam for the admission to B.tech programme. In order to get admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs, You should have minimum 75% as a General category and 65% for reserved category or You should be in top 20 percentile in class 12th.

Yes definitely you can do CS engineering. Whatever the 5th subject you take in +2 has no effect on your engineering branch.
Because you will be taught each and every thing in detail which you will learn in 11th and 12th CS. Si you need not to worry anybody can do CS engineering. But make sure you have interest in coding, computer etc.
