yes... you can do job during diploma in mass communication.
yes you can join online classes it will help you.

If you have completed your graduation then you may consider going for pg diploma in mass communication through distance mode or online learning such as Amity University, IGNOU, Kurukshetra University DDE, Uttarakhand Open University to name a few, on the other hand Orissa State Open University, Annamalai University, BRAOU offers diploma level courses which you can consider if you've not yet passed graduation.
