No IIT college provides a dual degree program of M.Sc. in Physics and M.Sc. in Computer Science at the same time. However, many IITs provide admission to major and minor degree programs. IIT Mumbai and IIT Kanpur provide an undergraduate program where you can opt for Physics as a major degree and at the same time computer science as a minor degree program. But there is no Master's degree program where you can study both Physics and computer science as a major course at the same time So, If you are seeking to take admission to both programs at the same time then you have to opt for major and minor degree programs.
