Yes, you can pursue Hotel Management after class 12 in Arts stream. You can pursue either Diploma or a full-time UG program after completion of class 12. The eligibility criteria is to have 50% marks in class 12 examination from a recognized board.
Well yes, You only have to pass 12th standard for joining any Hotel Management course. So a degree in arts wouldn't matter.
