The eligiblity criteria for admission to LLB course is that the candidate must have a degree in any discipline feom a recognized university/college after class XII.
So, Yes you are eligible for doing LLB after graduation in B.Com
Infact application forms for CLAT(Common Law Admission Test) for admission to National Law Universities throughout India, are currently open and you can fill them from following link.

Eligibility Criteria for LLB is candidates needs to have passed Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 45% marks, for reserved category it's 40%. Universities like DU & BHU require minimum 50% marks while Universities Kurukshetra, Rohtak, Meerut require merely 45% marks in graduation.
Some of the top universities which conduct admission for LLB via entrance test are as follows ;
DU LLB conducted by Delhi University,
BHU UET by BHU,
LSAT scores are accepted by many reputed universities,
TS LAWCET, its scores are accepted by colleges & universities in Telangana.
