Hi,
If you want to
practice as an advocate then go for Regular LLB programme from
recognized institute. As long as you are doing a regular LLB
programme from a BCI recognized college/institute there is no issue.
But if you want to become an advocate after doing LLB from
Distance/private/Correspondence mode then there is a big issue, BCI
doesn't approve such programmes and as a result you won't be able to
practice law as an Advocate. I hope it helps!
