can i do ma from ignou and after that pursue b.ed from regular mode will be my certificate valid from ignou?

Yes, you can do MA from IGNOU. IGNOU is Indira Gandhi National Open University. It's totally government approval university. So yoir MA result is valid. You can do from here MA in regular mode as well as distance mode also. After completing MA you can join B.ed course.
B.ed Is bachalor of education training. In this course you can know how to teach of students. If you have b.ed degree then you are eligible for applying school teaching service. You will become a higher secondary or secondary school teacher.
