The eligibility criteria that every candidate must fulfill in order to be admitted to an MA Psychology program is to have Psychology in their Bachelor's course. Without this, you will be not eligible to fill out the form for MA Psychology.
Some Universities (selected few) do offer an MA in Psychology without asking for Psychology in your Bachelor's course, like IGNOU.
