Yes. To be eligible to pursue Masters in Psychology, you should have studied Psychology as a subject in yoir Graduation. Because Psychologynis a subject in 1st year BHMS Syllabus, with BHMS as your educational Qualification, you can pursue M.Sc in Psychology. There should be no problem with it.

So is there any specific Exam which would help me?

You have to write the specific Language proficiency test. Even SAT scores are accepted. But again it is University specific.
