Graduation is the minimum qualification required to pursue MBA which is a postgraduate course but it is completely ok even if you have already completed MSc mathematics which is itself a post graduation course, you can still pursue MBA on the basis of your graduation

To be eligible for CAT ,
you need a Bachelor's/graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
you must have got at least 50 per cent marks or equivalent CGPA in your graduation . SC/ST/PH students need only at least 45 percentage in Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline to be eligible .
Candidates who are in the final year of their graduation are also eligible for CAT examination.
There is no age restriction to be eligible
It is not mandatory to have work experience to be eligible

Yes, you can pursue MBA after MSc Mathematics, however the eligibility criteria of MBA is based on graduation, that is if you have passed bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university securing 50% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories, admission is generally done through entrance test for admission of MBA.
CAT exam which is conducted at national level, its scores are accepted by IIIMs and top other universities, its eligibility criteria is passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% aggregate, in case of reserved category there's relaxation of 5%. Those in the final years can also apply for CAT.
CMAT is conducted by NTA and then there's XAT for both the eligibility criteria is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, final year students are also eligible to apply
Apart from aforementioned entrance exams, there SNAP, NPAT, ATMA , state level management exams such as . MAH CET, TANCET, TSICET,APICET etc.
