Yes of course you can do MBA after completing B.Sc. in Bio-technology. Because there is no any condition that only commerce students can pursue MBA in fact MBA is the study which anyone can pursue irrespective of his Bachelor's degree. Yes you are eligible to pursue MBA after completing B.Sc in Biotechnology.
To pursue MBA one needs a graduation degree in any discipline of their choice. The subject here does not matters but if you have 50% of more marks at graduation level then you will be able to sit for most of the popular MBA Entrance exams available. There is no age criteria as such.
