Hello Dear,
Institute of Integrated Learning in Management University, is a private university located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. It was established in 2018. Yes it is not mandatory to live in the college hostel. You can live outside as per your convenience. The College authority has not notified on their website regarding compulsory hostel for the first year students.
