Generally colleges require Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the compulsory subject in your Graduation. For Example if you wish to take admission in NITs then NIMCET is the entrance exam for MCA programme, As per the eligibility you must have B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT of minimum three years full-time from a recognized University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects.
