Yes you can do M.Tech in Mechatronics after doing B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science Engineering.
Some of the basic eligibility criteria for Mechatronics in M.tech are -
1. Graduation in IT/ CSE/ EEE/ ECE / Instrumentation & Control Engineering
2. A minimum aggregate score of 60% (55% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of graduation.
