Dear Sagar, for pursuing M. Sc Agriculture, you should have completed your graduation in  Agriculture/Horticulture/Forestry from a Recognised University. The candidate must have a minimum aggregate of 50% in the graduation. Unfortunately Chemistry doesn't come under Agriculture/Horticulture/Forestry sciences and so you cannot pursue M.Sc Agriculture after B.Sc Chemistry.
