No , you will not take admission Msc in specialization of chemistry because according the basic eligibility of Msc in chemistry is you must passed in Bachelors's degrees in chemistry or the relevant field from any university which is recognized by the UGC with a minimum of 50% or equivalent are eligible to apply for MSc Chemistry. B.Sc (3 yrs) Degree after 10+2 with Major/Honours in Chemistry. But you had not fullfil the basic requirement's .

To apply for M.Sc in chemistry at DU the candidate should have
- passed the B.Sc hons chemistry with 55% in aggregate or grade equivalent and with at least 2 papers of Mathematics
- The candidate should have mathematics as one of the regular subject in class 12th
Or
- B.Sc. (Genl.)/B.Sc. (Pass)/B.Sc. (Prog.) (3 years course
- B.Sc. (Genl.)/B.Sc. (Prog.)/ B.Sc. Pass examination with at least two papers of Mathematics
- 10+ 2 with mathematics as regular subject.
If you fulfill the above eligibility criteria you can apply for M.Sc chemistry at du.
