I think you are asking about MSc Nutrition and Dietetics course. The eligibility criteria differs from university to university. But for most of the university the eligibility criteria is that the student must have 55% in aggregate in BSc in the following subject:
Home Science or Medical or Non-Medical or Bioscience or Allied Medical/Medical science or Nutrition and Dietetics or Food Technology or Veterinary Microbiology and Parasitology or Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology or Clinical Chemistry or Public Health and Allied Sciences.
Now as per this you aren't eligible but for many universities there are equivalent degree eligibility. Thus as you have chemistry and it can be approximately equated with Clinical chemistry then you can eligible. For this you have to find which university you want to take admission in and then there eligibility.
