Yes, definitely you can pursue Msc in Physics provided that you must have studied physics in all the three years of your Bsc. Degree program. Since you have studied Physical Science, it is also part of Physics, only the condition or eligibility is you must have studied in all the three years of your graduation. In university of Delhi, to get admission in any post graduate courses that is masters courses you need to appear for an entrance examination and admission is given on the basis of the rank you achieve.
So after B.sc program with physical science and chemistry you will have to give entrance exam for m.sc physics. And you will also have to a minimum of 50% in your undergraduate degree
