can i do msc maths after bsc in IT??

In order to be eligible to take admission in M.Sc Mathematics, you need to pass B.Sc Mathematics or B.Sc Mathematics with Computer Applications or any other relevant degree with main subjects as Mathematics and English. You must also pass with a minimum of 60 percent in graduation.

M.Sc in Mathematics is a 2 years course and good colleges are St. Stephen's College,  New Delhi, Loyola College, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Madras Christian College, Chennai etc.

It's not impossible, but it's not a typical route. It all depends on how much math you have done in a computer science degree and whether it is enough to get a master's degree in math. Most UK universities expect  to have a bachelor's degree in mathematics or a high-level subject in mathematics (physics, engineering, etc.). And which master's degree are you aiming for? If it is pure mathematics, they will expect a degree in mathematics. If its applied Maths, a computing degree might be ok. You need to have a look at the specific Uni and go through their prerequisites.

See for the course of MSc Mathematics most of the universities wants that the student must have completed BSc (Hons.) course in Mathematics. So as you are a student of IT, for most of the institutes you won't be able to take admission.
