Yes you can do a Master’s in psychology after completing a general BSc horticulture. For that there are various colleges in India that offers Master’s in Psychology, Every University/ college have their own criteria to give you the Admission in the MA/MSc Psychology, Universities like DU, AUD, JMI, AMU, BHU etc conducts their own Entrance Exam, You have to apply for the MA/MSc in Psychology Entrance Exam conducted by various college, and after clearing the exam, you will get admission in MA/MSc Psychology. then you can do your M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from an RCI Recognised college, then you can practice as a Clinical Psychologist independently as well as in hospitals, NGO's, Nursing homes, universities etc. You can write NET Psychology Exam, and after clearing the NET Exam you can kick start your career in a college.
