can i do msc with chemistry after bsc with subject of chemistry, zoology , microbiology???

Yes, you are eligible to pursue MSc in chemistry after completing your BSc degree with chemistry as one of the subject, as the minimum eligibility criteria to get admission in MSc chemistry is that candidate must have completed their BSc in chemistry or any other degree in relevant field.
