YES, surely you can do M.Tech in COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINEERING after doing B.Tech in INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY since both are just allied branches of COMPUTER ENGINEERING.

Yes you can definitely do your Mtech in CSE or any other branch. It is not mandatory to pursue your masters in the same branche as of your Bachelors.
