Yes, you can do M.Tech. Robotics after MCA, but it really depends on your interest. Since you are from Computer Background, you have advantages over softwares. But, Robotics is never a piece of cake! It requires passion, patience and hard work. So, if it's your passion then go for it! Choose a good college or university for M.Tech. Robotics Course!

The eligibility criteria for Mtech robotics is that the aspirant should hold a bachelors degree in  Electronics /Mechanical /Electrical /Computer Science  and other engineering branches.If you are having the bachelors degree in any such field you are eligible for Mtech Robotics .If you have MCA certificate i dont think you are eligible.
