You can go for Diploma certificate course in paramedical science after 10th.

Some of courses wherein you get to know about paramedics is as below:

Diploma in DMLT
Dipoma in Xray Technology
Diploma in operations theatre technology
Diplom ain radiography and Imaging technology
Diplima in opthalmic technology
Diploma in anaesthesia technology
