Yes, you can do PG diploma after completing your Diploma,
There is a option where you can read at ICFAI, IGNOU with experience in Regular/DDE U can read MBA DDE/MSIT in DDE. As diploma is considered as plus 2. u can read 5 year MBA Intgd in alagappa universitity DDE. But there was some PG course is permitted after graduation in which you can get admission in third semister/second year after diploma.

Hey,
You cannot opt for post graduate diploma course mere after completing diploma in the respective field. For admission into the post graduate diploma course, Candidates need to complete bachelor's degree in any relevant stream to pursue the post graduate diploma course.
