Yes, you can do PG diploma after completing your Diploma,
There is a option where you can  read at ICFAI, IGNOU with experience in Regular/DDE U can read MBA DDE/MSIT in DDE. As diploma is considered as plus 2. u can read 5 year MBA Intgd in alagappa universitity DDE.  But there was some PG course is permitted after graduation in which you can get admission in third semister/second year after diploma.
