Hello!
One is not eligible for admission in PhD after BSc. The minimum academic qualification for admission to Ph.D is MA or equivalent degree in the relevant subject awarded by a recognised university in India, with at least an average of 55% of aggregate marks. Candidates who have an M.Phil or equivalent degree awarded by a recognized university are also eligible to apply for the Ph.D Programme. Some universities prefer candidates with NET or JRF.

Yes, you can pursue an Integrated Ph.D. after doing a BSc. Without that, you can’t apply for it. The course duration is a minimum three years and maximum 5 years. While the candidates can apply for an Integrated Ph.D. right after completing their graduation and the duration of this course is 5 years.
