Yes, you can enroll for CSE engineering and tution fees are 90000 rs per year and hostel fees re 60000 rs per year
Application of students are sorted on the basis of JEE rank and after that admission is processed.
First seats are filled on govt. counselling, then if seats are available admission is given to the students who have apply for admission.

geeta college of enginnering offers b.tech courses on jee main rank score. however if you donot appear in first semester exam than you need to wait for the next batch and you need to re register for the first semester exam. most of the engineering institutes in in india first semester exam or odd semester exam happens on the month of november to december. and registration process is already done by the month of october in generally. you should contact with the college authority for the registration process.
