Can I do U.P.S.C preparation with B.D.S course?
Hello Aspirant,
Hope you are doing great. Graduation in any stream is a requirement for taking the UPSC exam. So, a dental graduate is qualified to take the UPSC exam. They have a slight disadvantage because none of the dental-related subjects are on the curriculum. The degree like MBBS, BMS, BHMS, or BDS from any medical college is eligible to take the UPSC CSE examination; however, you must have graduated from any stream and from any recognized university.

Hello...
Hope you are doing well.
You can start preparation of upsc and serious preparation by joining coaching class. They're at a slight disadvantage since none of the dental subjects are included in its syllabus. For IAS strong basis in social sciences like Economics, Politics, etc are required. Many BDS degree holders have cleared upsc and become IAS.
All the best
