You can opt for either Biology or Maths.
But physics will be there in both.
Once you pass 112th, you will surely not have physics subject in your curicullum.
For B.Sc in zoology and biology, eligibility criteria is passing 12th with more than 45% marks with PCB and English as major subject.

I hope you are doing fine, For taking the both B.sc Zoology and Botany ,the eligibility criteria is to have 50% aggregate marks in physics, chemistry, biology from a recognised board or equivalent . So, it is important to have Physics to take admission in both of these Courses.
