GATE 2021 application form correction is a one-time facility that the candidates get after the submission of the application form. The candidates need to rectify any errors in the application form within the stipulated period of time only.

Correction application fees-

• Rs.750 has to be paid for changing Gender from female to male/transgender.
• Rs.750 need to be paid for Category from SC/ST to Gen/OBC.
• To change the PWD status from PWD to non-PWD, candidates have to pay Rs.750.

Application for correction in the form window opens on 28th October 2020 and closes on 13th November 2020.

• Communication Address, Graduation Details, Date of Birth, Gender, Category, Examination City, etc. can be corrected.
• Photograph and signature- One needs to upload clear and acceptable images if they have not uploaded the images of high quality.
• The rectification of selection of the wrong status of qualifying examination along with its correct document can also be submitted.

So, yes you can change/edit/rectify your photograph on you GATE application.
