Yes you would be eligible for NEET UG examination under PwD quota as you have physical disability more than 40% and also if your PwD certificate is valid. For PwD quota there is horizontal reservation of 5% with every category.

You can definitely appear for NEET UG if you also fulfil the given eligibility criterion :-

** You must have passed 10+2 from any recognized central/state board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology(Additional/Main) and English as subjects.

** English should also be in your curriculum of class 12th and also you should have passed in it.

** You minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st 2022, as per the current eligibility criteria.

** As of now there is no upper age limit for NEET but the case is pending in Hon'ble SC and by 2022 if the verdict comes then the upper age limit may be decided and it can be either 25 or as decided by SC.
