I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you are not eligible for Neet examination with 32 marks FT i. e Fail in theory in biology irrespective of your aggregate in PCB
This is because,
To be eligible for Neet you must pass individually in both theory and practical examination in physics chemistry and Biology but you have failed in theory examination of Biology and thus not eligible as Neet eligibility criteria says that:-
To be eligible one should pass 12th board examination with PCB i. e physics, chemistry,biology/biotechnology and English, should have passed both the practical and theory examination individually in PCB and must have got:-
Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.

- at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
- at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
- at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.

Thank you so much . But I have one more query .I cleared 12 th in 2016 from cbse board. now i want to give biology improvement exam from NIOS. soo can i eligible for neet counseling?.

If you are overall passed in your 12th , then you can study biology as an additional subject from NIOS and can be eligible for neet and thus counselling

I filled neet application form yesterday but I uploaded only cbse 12th marksheet. And my biology exam will be held on Oct and sep may be in this year . If my NIOS marksheet came before neet counseling so can I eligible to show 2 marksheet? Cbse as well as NIOS ...

I have one more query . 2 marksheet from different boards like 12 th from cbse and biology improvement from NIOS . Are applicable for neet counseling or neet exam ??

NIOS is a recognised board and biology as an additional subject is acceptable for neet. So, it won't affect even if you pass your biology from NIOS ,there's no problem. But passing it from the same board is Preferable.

But here I m doubtful that . 2 marksheets are acceptable or not ?? . Or I do 12 th again from NIOS ?

Both the marksheet will be acceptable but doing 12th again from NIOS will be a better choice to be on the safer side.
