As per the eligibility criteria of NEET PG, a candidate must complete their one-year internship on or before March 31, 2020 in the year they will apply for for PG.
But see, this COVID-19 pandemic is something that not only India but the whole world is suffering from.
Lot of major exams (even boards and UPSC CSE interview) have been postponed.The situation is so bad that the country is lockdown till April 15 and if situation will not be in control then it might extend.
So, you don't need to worry because you will be eligible even after your internship will be certified after March 31st, because this situation is known to every official or education board of this country.
