Dear Biswajit, according to your percentile as per the last year cutoff you get this college but you have compromise with a branch as you get 92 percentile that is your rank lie between 19000 - 20,000 might vary. Then its depend on you which branch you want to take in NIT Rourkela.

You are eligible to opt courses at nit rourkela, but you may or may not get admission with 92 percentile,  it all depends on the category, himestate,  the branch you opt.
