Yes there are fair chances for you to get a seat in any of the government college. As you are interested in Delhi so I suggest you to go for state counselling and your reservation is certainly going to help you. Till the last round of counselling you will get a seat in Delhi MBBS college.

Sir thank you.. I am really hopeless.. But are you sure or should I go for a drop cause this was my very first attempt and everybody around is suggesting that?

Yes you will get a college most probably.
Still if you and your family can afford then I also suggest you to go for any good coaching, it will certainly improve you alot. A year didn't matter too much.
