The e-brochure available at http://kea.kar.nic.in/ugneet2020/ebrochure.pdf says that the options that you enter for the first round will remain the same for the subsequent rounds of seat allotment. You will not be allowed to reenter the options. The options that you have entered before the Round 1 will be the final list of options from which your seat will be allotted. The priority of options that you entered will be shown on the option entry module for the subsequent rounds.  You can rearrange them in the order of priority but you cannot add new options.
