Yes, 145 is decent score. Girls quota will be also useful but you won't get famous branches is old IIT. Considering last years trends you will qualify in JEE advance for CRL. Check rank predictors https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-advanced-rank-predictor?icn=jeeadvanced-rp&ici=cahometool_lp. You have to wait till 10 June to be sure. Hope for best.
