Can I expect call from SIMS, Pune with 66.69%ile (Snap-2021) with open defence category?

I hope you are doing well.
I think there is a fair chance to get call from SIMS as cutoff for defense category was about 52 percentile in SIMS and this year its going to be more than 52 percentile as cutoff has gone high compared to last year.
