I was asking can i fill form for both that it selection is other thing .. because bsc graduate can apply for bed course and msc both right And if yes then how to fiil the form separately ug portal and pg portal or same portal

Of course, you can since you fulfill the eligibility criteria for both MSc as well as BEd. You'll get all the information related to admission for BEd course here (http://www.du.ac.in/) and for pg admission to commence from today, register at this link (http://du.ac.in/adm2019/postgraduate.html)
you can also check official website of DU for more information since the dates aren't announced yet for BEd.
