Generally for a different courses, one need to fill different forms.
So in case you want to fill the form, fill multiple forms fill it.

Delhi University provides its candidate option to apply for as many courses as they want provided that basic eligibility criteria's are fulfilled. You will have a chance to edit your application form details including courses during a brief correction window, the dates for which are yet to be announced.
