While filling the application form for JEE 2018, one has to upload scanned images including photo, signature and parent's signature. If you don't have a scanner - you may download an app - Camscanner. It will serve your purpose.

You can fill the JEE mains form from your own computer because if you are able to get the photo from your mobile in the required dimensions and required size then there is no problem in filling the form from your personal computer. But keep all the details Handy with you when you are filling the form.
