It is definitely possible to score 200+.
But you need to prepare full syllabus by month of February itself such that you have got Ample of time to take atleast 10-15 mocks.
Also, you need to devote sufficient time on analysis of mock exams, identify weakness and strengths, making final strategic plan for exam.
Solvibg more mocks will help you eliminate weak areas and repetitive mistakes.
Revising and preapring from NCERT books is recommended as it is crisp and Lucid and perfect for JEE Mains.
Devoting 8-10 hours everyday is must to keep up momentum and practice.
