Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a good govt. Mbbs college. So, with 366 marks you won't get a govt. Mbbs college for sure but you have chances for bams and bhms. You can aslo use college predictor through this link:

The marks for good government colleges are totally high. But not getting your hopes low, you can apply for bhms bams bpt courses which offer a government or semi government seats at this score. It's quite impossible to get government mbbs Or bds . You can try for good private colleges in whatever state you belong. Also if you would have mentioned the state I would have suggested you some good colleges.
