I won't tell you sugarcoated lies here, your chances of getting that score are really really low. It takes a lot of hard work and an ample amount of time to achieve that goal.
That's the harsh truth. Gear up and get ready for NEET 2020 soon after NEET 2019 and you will do wonders !
